Julie Elion
Founder and Performance Coach
Julie Elion has developed one of the premier sport psychology practices in the professional golf world. She has worked with half of the top 10 earners of all time, representing over $500m in career earnings, 150 PGA Tour wins, and 25 Major Championship wins over the course of her 25-year career.
As well as working extensively with golfers, Julie also provides mental coaching for business executives, athletes, and teams of other sports on both the professional and collegiate level, including NBA, NFL, MLB, WNBA, and LPGA athletes.

Noah Elion
CEO of CAPE Ventures and Performance Coach
Noah Elion helps run his mom’s business. Noah was featured on the 2023 Forbes 30 under 30 list and is the Founder and CEO of Lovd.com. Noah is responsible for managing CAPE’s business and growing new products. Noah grew up in the world of sports psychology, being trained and raised by his mother and CAPE founder, Julie. Noah graduated from Tufts University where he played D3 golf and lives in Los Angeles, California. He also studied performance and executive coaching through Columbia’s Business School.

Dr. Ryan Davis
Performance Coach
Dr. Davis is a Harvard trained, board-certified psychiatrist with advanced performance coach training. While not at the office Dr. Davis is a 3-time marathon runner, die-hard University of Michigan and Detroit sports enthusiast, and most importantly, an obsessed golfer.
Dr. Davis follows in Julie’s footsteps, helping his clients gain insight into their psyche as it relates to their sport and personal life. Dr. Davis’ background allows him to offer unique mental coaching, creating resilient and driven athletes who live more purposeful lives. Dr. Davis provides performance coaching for elite athletes, teams, as well as business executives. -
Rich Marik
Performance Coach
Rich works with elite juniors, college players, and PGA and LPGA professionals.
Rich is a skilled player having been the #1 ranked junior in the country, USGA Junior Amateur Champion, and captain of the Stanford University men’s golf team.
As an instructor Rich was the National Director of Instruction for Nike Golf Schools for many years and is a PGA Professional.
Rich has a masters degree in counseling psychology with an emphasis in depth psychology and has extensive training in psychotherapy, meditation and mindfulness.
As a performance coach Rich draws from his education and experience as a counselor, instructor, coach and player and has a wealth of talent and experience coaching thousands of elite juniors, college athletes and PGA and LPGA professionals.

Fanny Sunesson
Performance Coach
Fanny Sunesson has been part of the global world of golf for more than 35 years. As a professional golf caddie she worked for some of the best players in the world, including Nick Faldo and Henrik Stenson. She has caddied in 6 Ryder Cups and one Presidents Cup, and has 25 wins as a caddie including 4 majors with Nick Faldo.
Since then, Fanny works as a performance coach, expert golf commentator, public speaker, golf tournament host, and consultant for upgrading golf courses.
Her work includes coaching golfers-amateurs and several national teams, as well as top professionals around the world. Fanny also has experience working with other sports such as Soccer (Swedish Premier League mens team), figure skating, table tennis and swimming.
Fanny uses her experience while coaching golfers and athletes at all levels, Fanny is always looking for the power of simplicity. She is passionate about finding the small things that help people use their full potential more often, and more readily.

Dr. Rick Elion
Chief Medical Director and Performance Coach
Rick works with leading PGA Tour and MLB athletes. As a board-certified physician and trained counselor, Rick has a wide range of skills and experience, including integrative medicine to optimize physical performance through a blend of Western and Eastern medicine and modern principles of functional medicine and optimized nutrition. He also is trained in hypnosis, counseling, and biofeedback which can be used to optimize athletes getting in the zone and being their best.

Matt Epstein
Business Development
Matt is a graduate student pursing a career as a mental performance coach for elite athletes. Matt played Division I golf at William & Mary from 2020-2024, where he graduated cum laude with his degree in psychology. Starting in fall of 2024, Matt will begin his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree at Northwestern University.
Matt has also completed courses through both Harvard and Stanford University in Positive Psychology and Anxiety Reduction. Prior to college and graduate school, Matt was a top ranked junior golfer in Massachusetts and captained his high school team to two MIAA state championships. He has competed in regional, national, and international amateur golf events since the age of 6. Matt currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He is passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves.

Drake Deitch
Performance Coach
Drake Deitch is a highly trained and experienced Staff Therapist dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and well-being. With a strong background in psychology and counseling, Drake is well-equipped to provide a wide range of mental health services.
With a broad education and experience, Drake can provide a unique perspective on mental health and has developed a multi-disciplinary approach. He utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Theory to guide his work. CBT is a talk therapy that helps an individual change negative thinking and behavior patterns. At the same time, Family Systems Theory is a perspective that looks at the individual as part of a more extensive system, in this case, the family unit, and how each member of the system interacts and affects the other.

Dr. Matt Sacks
Performance Coach
With over 20 years in the field of psychology, Dr. Sacks is a clinical psychologist with an expertise in stress management and performance enhancement. Dr. Sacks uses Cognitive-Behavioral and Mindfulness approaches to help athletes manage stress and reach their peak performance levels.
Dr. Sacks has previously worked with the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), the 316th Security Forces Group, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), and the 316th Operations Group at Joint Base Andrews. He has leveraged his knowledge of peak mental health performance for atai Life Sciences, where he developed digital therapeutics for participants in psychedelic medicine clinical trials.
Additionally, Dr. Sacks serves as the Mental Health Advisor for the Florida Panthers Warriors, a non-profit organization that supports military veterans to play hockey in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

Sherry Whay
President, Founder of Fairwhay Management
As Julie’s agent, Sherry is one of the most revered females in the Sports Management world and has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. She spent much of her career at IMG, expanding into the role of Senior Vice President - Golf. At Fairwhay Management, Sherry is responsible for growing and managing all divisions of the company, advising athletes on business and branding decisions, connecting with businesses to create added value through the sport of golf, and fostering relationships with athletes and businesses to create valued partnerships.

Mallory Blackwelder
Former LPGA Golfer and Executive Administration
Mallory Blackwelder Trudeau is a professional golfer who formerly competed on the LPGA Tour, Ladies European Tour, and Symetra Tour from 2010-2015. She played collegiate golf at The University of Florida from 2005-07, and the University of Kentucky from 2007-09 where she graduated with a degree in marketing. Following her professional golf career, she worked as a player manager for Fairwhay Management, a female-owned, boutique sports marketing agency specializing in the golf industry. She currently resides in Lexington, Kentucky with her husband, PGA TOUR caddie, Julien Trudeau, and their 4-year-old daughter.

Kris Tschetter
Former LPGA Golfer and Performance Coach
Kris Tschetter has been a professional golfer for 25+ years. She played on the LPGA tour from 1988 until 2011 and now plays on the Legends tour. Kris has experienced the highs and lows of sport first hand and learned from many of the great players. She still holds the low 9-hole record in the British Open for shooting 8 under on the back nine of Royal Birkdale.
Kris graduated from TCU in 1987. While living in Ft. Worth she had the unique opportunity to spend time with Ben Hogan. He took her under his wing and mentored her in the final decade of his life which she recounted in her book, Mr. Hogan the Man I Knew.

Brianna Davenport

Founder and Director of Sports Performance of The Stable for over 20 years, Kolby Tullier is a decorated, multi sport performance coach with his expert understanding of how the human body is meant to move enables him look after many top athletes from the PGA tour, LPGA, NFL, and MLB.
